What I think words should mean

As a little thought experiment, I've grabbed a list of four words that I've not seen before out of a dictionary and I am going to say what I think they should mean. I will then put the definitions down below for comparison.

Animato
Looks like this comes from the base word Animate, meaning to move. Maybe this is something like animated, possibly relating to a particular form of art?

Petrogenic
Lets break this one into two, Petro and Genic. To be photogenic means that when a photo is taken of you, it looks flattering or good, while Petro sounds like it could come from the same word as petrify? Maybe it describes someone who is particularly easily scared; they're good at being afraid?

Osteologic
An Osteopath is someone who works the muscles and joints to help people recover from aches, pains and physical injuries. Logic, on the other hand is an idea leading to a conclusion based upon that idea. I would have thought that Osteologic therefore would be the reasoning behind how our joints and muscles work; sort of a why our body reacts as it does to injuries and the like.

Untabulable
This sounds like it is something to do with data. When building tables of data, one would normally have a set number of columns and each row would have the same number. This is sometimes called rectangular data; data when aligned together forms a rectangle. Maybe untabulable is a state where the data cannot be arranged in this rectangular form?

Dictionary

Animato

A musical term meaning animated or lively.

Pretty close on this one I think.

Petrogenic

Petrogenesis, also known as petrogeny, is a branch of petrology dealing with the origin of igneous rocks. Petrology is the branch of geology dealing with the origin, occurrence, structure and history of igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks.

I was simply wrong.

Osteologic

The branch of anatomy dealing with the skeleton.

Again, not too far from the target.

Untabulable

Untabulable means that cannot be tabulated or represented statistically

Another win for me!
